With a total fundraising goal of $215,000, we aim to cover essential costs such as the monthly lease, renovations for accessibility, essential equipment, and ongoing maintenance detailed below. Donation Goals:

• Monthly Lease: $5,000 = 12 x $5000 = $60000.00

• Renovation for Accessibility and Offices: $50,000 = $50,000.00

• Essential Equipment (Desks, computers, fishing gear): $45,000 = $45,000.00

• Insurance, utilities, and maintenance: $5,000 per month = 12 x $5000 = $60000.00
