ABOUT US
The Kids Christian Fishing Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
designed to teach underprivileged children 8 - 18, the basics precepts of sustenance fishing, while providing them a fun, safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment. We aim to encourage confidence, positive self-image and clear life style choices in order to instill strong moral grounding in today's youth. The activities will primarily be focused on teaching them how to fish, make lures, flies, and repair equipment.
We will provide them with a safe haven where they can come after school and on weekends to have fun in an environment devoid of drugs, alcohol, or gang influence.
​About 71% of the Earth's surface is covered in water and it is important for future generations to do their part to protect the precious waters that our planet is blessed with which is why another main focus of the Kids Christian Fishing Club is to educate our youth on the threats that are posed to the Earth's bodies of water i.e. oceans, rivers and lakes. We want to promote the awareness necessary to help prevent harm to the water based wildlife and their natural habitats.
